Terms of Business

  1. JMA Virtual Services will provide the services described in the quote/proposal. A service agreement will be signed by both parties before commencement of work. Any changes or alterations to the original service agreement will require another agreement updated and signed.
  2. Any changes in requirements for quoted work will require the client to advise immediately so amendments can be made.
  3. JMA Virtual Services will carry work out as per time scheduled in quotation.
  4. The client is to provide all information and documents required to enable JMA Virtual Services to carry out this service. JMA Virtual Services will not verify the accuracy of such information and documents and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any inaccuracy or defect in any information or documents supplied.
  5. Technical and business information relating to proprietary ideas, patentable ideas, copyrights and/or trade secrets, existing and/or contemplated products and services, software, research and development, productions, costs, profit and margin information, finances and financial projections, customers, clients, marketing and current or future business plans and models will be classified as “Confidential Information” and disclosure of this information is not permitted.
  6. Documents belonging to JMA Virtual Services are destroyed after three years. Acceptance of these terms includes your consent to destroy any documents that belong to you which have been filed amongst JMA Virtual Services paperwork.
  7. Fees for services will be charged as set out in rates for JMA Virtual Services and as per quote issued.
  8. Payment terms are 7 days after an invoice has been issued. JMA Virtual Services reserve the right to charge a commercial rate of interest on accounts which are overdue by more than one month.
  9. This contract will apply from the commencement date stated in proposal/quotation.
  10. The contract may be terminated by either party by written notice 30 days prior.
