Basic Admin Rates
For any basic administration tasks, the hourly rate is $40 per hour. This can be used for one off tasks or as you need it.
Any after hours work or urgent work will be charged at a higher rate and can be negotiated as required.
Digital Transcription
Digital transcription is charged at $1.90 per audio minute.
Pre-paid packages
The following packages can be purchased at a lower rate and are valid for three months after purchase.
5 hour block – $38 an hour
Total = $190
10 hour block – $36 an hour
Total = $360
Ongoing work rates can be negotiated as required.
Terms
- A service agreement is signed prior to commencement of work. This outlines payment terms, confidentiality and cancellations.
- Payment is required ten days from date of invoice.
- Any work completed under the hour will still be subject to a full hours fee (not including packages).
- Time tracking software is used and is provided to the client.
